Our features improve the quality of your connection, such as allowing you to prioritise your gaming or work from home traffic over anything else on your network.
We have a large userbase located all over the world, many of whom are gamers. We are also partnered with NETGEAR, the world’s largest router vendor, Telstra, the largest ISP in Australia and will be launching with several other Internet Providers in 2023.
As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver high quality software to our partners and users.
You will be working with an enthusiastic team in a positive working environment that puts technology first. There will be plenty of opportunities to grow beyond the role.
Our office is located close to the centre of Cambridge (CB3 0AX).
Responsibilities:
- Work with software developers to ensure high quality, well tested software
- Work with our partners to understand requirements and define test cases
- Creating and executing test plans / test cases
- Providing support to other teams, as required
Essential Skills:
- Highly tech-savvy, able to learn new technical concepts and be competent with computers (e.g. >60wpm typing speed)
- Able to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Great communication skills
- Personable, with the ability to build rapport with your colleagues
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with test case management software (e.g. Qase, Test Rail etc.)
- Experience of configuring your own router / troubleshooting network problems
- Passion for online games
- Interested in software and the development of software
Experience Required:
- Previous work experience is desirable, but not required
