As the Hotel Operations Manager at De Vere Latimer Estate you will work alongside Ross Blezard our General Manager to ensure the business runs smoothly and to maximise on the property's extensive capital investment.
The Hotel Operations Manager will have a particular focus on driving revenue and service delivery as well as financially critiquing all cost KPI’s across the Hotel.
You will work closely with all the departments within the hotel with a number of direct reports to include the Restaurant & Bars Manager, Conference & Banqueting Manager, Head Housekeeper and Front Office Manager. We are a supportive leadership team who are focused on our people – their development, engagement and well-being.
About you:
- You will have experience of high volume conference & events along with restaurant and bars management and an understanding of front office and housekeeping operations
- You will have a positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
- You have a service orientated approach and a passion for high standards with experience of coaching, developing and training team members
- You will be organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure
